Sometimes when I’ve had enough of eating durian just like that (ratah) and am too lazy to cook something out of it, I just prepare nasi durian.
Mix durian, warm water, a dash of salt with rice and tadaa your meal is ready to be eaten. Lucky the kids also love this dish. Jom makan nasi durian!
