Being A Mother

Dear Diary,

This is only my reflection, writing based on my own experience. Being a mother is an invaluable experience. Your reasons of being automatically changes as you become a parent. If before your life centers on trivial things, as soon as you have a child everything changes. Not only your physical appearance changes, but also your way of thinking, your priorities and your whole life change too.

God has bestowed on you the most precious gift of all, a child. It becomes your responsibility, a huge one I tell you. All of a sudden, your life takes a 360 degree turn. Now, you have this little angel to think about. Every move you make or any action you take will impact your little one.

One thing I’m sure is that my children inspire me to be a better person. When I say a better person, I do mean in every aspect of life; physically so that you’re strong and healthy for them, spiritually so that you’ll be able to guide them, emotionally so that you can embrace them with whatever life throws at your family and intellectually so that you can teach them a thing or two.

I’m truly blessed to have these three persons in my life. Sure, there are ups and downs. That’s life. I have my bad days as I’m only human but I live for the good days. I wouldn’t trade being a mother with anything in this world.
